Room rates are based upon single or double occupancy. Two children 12 and under may stay complimentary with parents. Additional persons are $20. each per night.
Holiday and special event time periods may have adjusted rates and minimum stay requirements.
Requesting a Specific Room
We are pleased to offer 34 individually decorated guest rooms and are happy to take requests for specific rooms. We however, do not guarantee specific room numbers or designs but do guarantee that you will have the exact room type that you have reserved. (Example: If you reserve a lake view guest room with a king bed, balcony, fireplace and whirlpool bath this will not change) Every effort will be made to accommodate your specific request. Thank you.
Inn Reservation Policies
Check-in time: 3:00 PM Check-out time: by 11:00 AM
All reservations must have a valid credit card processed upon check-in.
Dog and Smoking Policies:
There is a maximum of two dogs allowed for each of our two “dog friendly” rooms. The first dog stays with its owner complimentary and there is a $20 charge per night for a second dog.
Lake Opechee Inn and Spa is a non-smoking facility. This includes all interior areas as well as guest room balconies. For the convenience of our smoking guests there are designated smoking areas located outside.
There is a significant fee of $500 for deep cleaning if smoking occurs inside or on guest room balconies. This fee will also apply for violation of the dog policy.
Deposits and Cancellations:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a one night deposit. In the
event that you need to alter or cancel your reservation please do so
72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid loss of deposit.
All deposits are credited to the last night of your reserved stay and
guaranteed reservations are held for arrival date only.
Deposits processed for multiple reservations will not be changed before
arrival or after departure. Individual forms of payments must be supplied
if you do not wish to responsible for each deposit.
Holiday and special event time periods may have adjusted deposit and
cancellation policies. Please check with guest services regarding specific
dates.
*In the event that you need to alter or cancel your reservation please do so 72 hours prior to arrival date to receive your deposit back minus a $25.00 processing fee.
Payments:
Lake Opechee Inn and Spa accepts cash, traveler’s checks, American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover.
Debit credit cards will only be accepted as a form of payment for
initial deposit and will not be accepted upon check in as form of
payment.
Personal checks are accepted for deposit only and must be received within seven days after making the reservation and received two weeks prior to the arrival date.
