Spa Policies
Appointment Times
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa appointment to check-in, relax and prepare. Arriving late may deprive you of valuable treatment time, as all appointments must end on time to ensure our next guest’s appointment begins on schedule.
Safety
Please be sure to inform your service provider if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart ailments, or any condition that may be contraindicated by heat therapies, massage or skin care.
Scheduling Appointments
Due to the high demand for spa appointments, we suggest making appointments as far in advance as possible. Please note, a credit card is required to schedule an appointment.
Cancellations
Please notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 24-hours prior to your appointment to avoid being subjected to a 50% fee of all services booked. If no notice is received you will be subjected to the full service price. Spa Packages (including any booking of two or more services) will be charged full price and gift certificates and/or coupons will be forfeited unless 24 hours notice is received. For groups of four or more guests, a 72-hour cancellation policy will be required.
Courtesy
In order for everyone to experience a calm, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, all beepers and cell phones must remain off. Thank-you for respecting that Tranquility Springs Wellness Spa is a smoke free facility.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice. Spa prices do not include gratuity. Gratuities are appreciated. We accept all major credit cards. A $20.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
Facility
The spa is open to adults and children age 12 and older. Our facility includes private men’s and woman’s locker rooms with infrared saunas and robe lounge with water fountain and gas fireplace. Use of our saunas are available to spa guests, if interested, please notify us prior to your appointment. To follow safety regulations, outside food and/or alcohol are not allowed in the spa facility.
